Job Title: Service Advisor – Business Energy

Location: Reading

Salary: £20,545 - £27,133 depending on skills and experience

Permanent | Full Time Hours | 37 hours per week

Our Role

As a key member of the team, you will manage a portfolio of business customers, managing the collection of overdue business accounts, and working alongside your customers to develop secure and effective future payment plans. You’ll work with field agents to ensure all daily duties are aligned and organised, issue and follow up any warrant/court bookings as required, and liaise with our engineering team to ensure customer need are met as efficiently as possible. With this, you’ll look after all associated administration for your portfolio, allowing you to provide a high quality, end to end service for your customer. As we continue to strive for success, you will utilise your unique position to cross-sell our products when it is appropriate to do so whilst working with other agents and customers to resolves any issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

To ensure you get the most from your role, and our customers receive the highest levels of service, you should have excellent communication skills and strong problem solving capabilities. With a confident and assertive manner, you will be comfortable negotiating with stakeholders, whilst also providing guidance and support. Any previous electrical experience would be advantageous, however not essential. Your internal personal skills will be second to none, much like your organisation and time management skills. Last but not lease, you’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
