Are you an experienced call centre Resource Manager?  Our Metering business wants to hear from candidates who have strong telephony resourcing experience to join our growing team.  The team plays a key role in supporting the roll-out of Smart Meters across the UK.

Job Title: Resource Manager

Location: Thatcham

Salary: £30,432 – £40,190 depending on skills and experience

The Role

You’ll be responsible for reporting on queries, collating and presenting data, providing insight, effectively forecasting and planning contact volumes, handling times, work flow items and resource requirements across the Service Availability function.

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

You should have previous experience as a Resource Manager within a call centre environment.  Expert Excel skills and an analytical approach will be key to your success in this role.  SQA experience and the capability to build your own reports and databases is essential.

Training will be provided on the system we use to manage our Smart Meter assets.
