Job Title: Process Lead - Technical

Location: Havant

Salary: £30,432 – £40,190 depending on skills and experience

The Role

You’ll manage the planning and deployment of the upgrade process to our Smart Metering Estate.   You’ll ensure the team follow the established procedures for each delivery, planning communicating processing and adhering to legislation, SLAs and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you’ll analyse the root cause of any deployment failures.  Re-starting the process and communicating learning for future deployments

Your Skills and Experience

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar role, coupled with a strong understanding of Smart Metering processes and delivery.  The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the National smart metering programme including the role of DCC and the associated mandated processes.

You’ll be able to demonstrate project management skills, handling each deployment as a project with good communication and organisation skills.  On top of this you should have excellent Excel skills, including the ability to analyse and manipulate large amounts of data.
