We are looking to recruit an Assurance Analyst to join our Contracting Business Assurance team.

Location: Southern England / Flexible

Salary: £24,197 – £31,960 depending on skills and experience

Our Role

As Assurance Analyst, you will collate reports and KPIs for the Contracting business. You’ll be working for the Head of Business Assurance on projects to provide efficiencies and reduce costs. Working for the Head of Business Assurance, you’ll be providing efficiencies and reduce costs on projects, as well as maintaining our ISO quality system.

You will co-ordinate and develop plans and reports to reduce costs and assist operations, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely, resource-efficient manner. In addition, you’ll control the business accreditations, ensuring these are maintained in line with our contractual obligations and provide value to our operations.

Your Skills and Experience

Knowledge of relevant company policies, procedures and systems will be advantageous as you’ll be responsible for time sheets, raising purchase orders and receipting invoices. A strong background in resource management would be beneficial but not essential. To ensure best value is delivered, you’ll have a high level of both verbal and written communication with both internal and external customers.

You will thrive as part of a team and be able to work to tight. You’ll maintain a good attention to detail whilst sometimes working under pressure. You’ll have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and be comfortable working with new IT packages.
