Job Title: Business and Asset Administrator

Salary: £18,872 – £24,923 depending on skills and experience + excellent benefits + annual bonus

The Role

As Business and Asset Administrator, you will report into the Process Support Manager and be responsible for the delivery of the required tasks necessary to providing an efficient, customer focussed Process Support function to Peterhead Power Station.

Some of your main responsibilities will include;

-Completion of local HR administration tasks.

-Maintenance of the station’s asset register

-Administrative tasks rising from the site’s plant and process change procedures.

-Collation of data, along with the compilation and issue of reports.

-Maintaining the station’s Plant and Process Information (PPI) system.

-Assist with the site procurement process when required.

-All other miscellaneous administrative duties.

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with extensive administrative experience who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and document management systems. 

You’ll be highly organised and capable of taking minutes of meetings, preparing documents from notes, data processing and reporting. Excellent communication skills will be essential, as is the ability to write clearly and succinctly and utilise a variety of communication styles.

As a person, you’ll be highly approachable and capable of building strong positive and productive relationships with varying levels of stakeholders. The customer will always be at the heart of everything you do and you are passionate about meeting their expectations. The ability to adopt a structured approach to your work will be essential, identifying and focusing on important tasks to ensure you use your and others time effectively. Flexibility will be a key requirement of this role, therefore you must be adaptable and open to change, using your own initiative in situations where checks are required prior to acting.
