Salary: €23,269 depending on skills and experience 

Permanent | Full Time Hours | 37.5 hours per week

Our Role

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is intrinsic to the success of SSE Airtricity. We are looking for individuals who are confident, articulate, and determined to succeed in a professional working environment, and quite simply you will be the voice of SSE Airtricity and an ambassador for our brand. You will be taking general enquiry calls from our customers with a diverse range of questions and needs so it's essential that you're able to adapt and provide innovative solutions to your customer's requests.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for people with Customer Service experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity, also a history of working in a compliant and target based environment would be an advantage. As numbers form a large part of this role, we will require you to have excellent analytical and reconciliation skills alongside excellent communication skills. Confidence with computers is a must as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment
