Job Title: Administrator – Revenue Services 

Location: Perth 

Salary: £21,161 - £27,947 depending on skills and experience  

Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours per week  

The Role  

SSE’s Revenue Services business is responsible for managing energy theft investigations and warrant activity for our supply agents and external customers, as well as undertaking additional activities to fulfil our obligatory requirements. 

You’ll be responsible for booking warrants, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, dealing with email and telephone queries (from internal and external customers) and maintaining records for Managers. You’ll provide a variety of other clerical assistance across the team. 

Your Skills and Experience 

To carry out the role successfully you must have strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and you’ll have previous experience in dealing with customers (by phone and email) professionally and efficiently. You’ll be a strong team player and will be highly accurate in your work. In addition, you’ll be a well organised and reliable individual, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
