Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours per week

The Role

You will lead the Minor Connections team ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do. In doing so you will ensure jobs are delivered to time, cost and quality standards. Whilst meeting all regulatory commitments, you’ll track performance of the team to ensure first class service is delivered to our customers. You’ll carry out briefings on procedures, processes and changes within our business, including training and development within your team.

                                                                                                                       

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll have experience leading a team that delivers results in challenging environments and you will have a continuous improvement mindset. Due to the nature of this role experience working in a customer focused environment is essential.

Experience of new connections to the electrical distribution network is advantageous, but not essential, as is a qualification in safety, or experience of H&S regulations and management systems.

You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner. With previous experience dealing with staff, resource and budgets, you’ll be self-disciplined with excellent organisational skills and capable of working to deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Due to the nature of this role, a full driver’s license is essential.
