Our Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Assistant to join our Transformation team, the main purpose of this role is to update website content in the Content Management System and to support Content team. The successful candidate will also work with UX team in responsive websites and mobile app projects.

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

-Regularly update website content in CMS

-Uploading content to the CMS

-Manage digital assets within the CMS

-Monitor website for necessary updates

-Continuous evaluation of website for effective organisation and clear presentation

-Suggest website improvements

-Collaborate with design team on visual elements of web pages

-Work closely with developers

-Dealing with queries on the status of content updates

-Basic HTML edits

-Import and creation of documents

-Track and manage multiple versions of content items

-Research and write blogs

-Generate new ideas around energy-related topics

Your Skills and Experience

-Experience working with Content Management systems

-Basic HTML

-Writing and editing skills

-Basic Google Analytics skills

-Basic understanding of user journeys, research and other user experience processes

-Photoshop and UX Tool (Axure, XD, Sketch)
