Starting Salary: £18,872

 The Role 

Your responsibilities will include taking a variety of interesting and challenging calls, some of which include making various changes to our customer’s accounts and answering complex queries whilst keeping to a first call resolution.

Your Skills and Experience

You’ll be adaptable to change as this is key to your success as well as the growth of our business. You’ll think on your feet, listen to our customers, display empathy and ensuring you meet the customer’s expectation.

You will work individually, as well as being part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment where you will thrive to be the best.
