Our Role

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our team. In this role you will support the PMO Manager and work with a team of PMO Analysts supporting delivery of major projects.

The main purpose of the PMO Analyst role is to support: Management reporting; KPIs; Project Governance and Assurance; Project Planning; Project Controls; Project Cost Performance; Risk Management; Portfolio Reporting; and supporting deployment of PMO processes that will ensure consistency and set performance standards.

You will be required to handle large volumes of complex data and employ analysis skills to draw recommendations for business leaders.  You will have the opportunity to get involved in multiple Projects working with various stakeholders, ensuring our business is set up to deliver our growth plans.


Your Skills and Experience

You will have previous experience in project management or a project delivery environment.  You will be proficient in Microsoft products and ideally have experience with Microsoft Project.  Advanced Excel skills are essential. Knowledge of Project and Programme governance would be advantageous as would Project Cost Accounting fundamentals.

Strong organisation and problem-solving skills are very important.  We are looking for someone with a pro-active and 'can do’ attitude and the ability to work well in teams.  You’ll need to demonstrate a high level of confidence in handling internal communications while delivering first class customer service.
