Our Role

The Marketing Campaign Manager is required to create sector specific marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and acquire new customers.  Due to continued growth, we have created a new sector specific, marketing role. The ideal candidate will have experience building sector specific marketing and sales plans with knowledge and experience marketing B2B telecoms solutions, ideally connectivity. This is a demanding role where we need someone with experience to hit the ground running to introduce new campaign ideas to get our message out to market.

The main objectives of this role will be to own the marketing plan for a specific sector by devising and executing marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and brand awareness to target markets identified.  With the responsibility for a campaign throughout its lifecycle, you will ensure all activity is complete and reported on.   Your role is to deliver insightful content to influence behaviour at all levels and construct effective marketing plans.  The position is highly autonomous, so you will need to be motivated and self-sufficient with a tenacity to succeed both in a team and individually.   

You will be expected to get new campaigns from conception to fruition at exceptional standard and you must be an expert at inbound marketing; utilising elements of Hubspot to ensure a campaign is successful.  Ideally the candidate will have an excellent team ethic, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive behaviour, target focus, persona development and marketing planning from ideas through to execution. You will have an analytical mind and a desire to achieve results while attempting to continuously improve them. 

You will work with various stakeholders to create and develop print and digital collateral to assist with campaigns and messaging.  You will need to build strong working relationships with all colleagues and senior level members of the team.  Support the bid team with bid responses and go to market activity to ensure each bid drives the right ROI.

Your Skills and Experience

You should be a self-motivated and a highly enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and approach each task proactively. The role will include working within challenging timescales and reacting to activity that occurs in the market place and therefore should have experience of working to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering inbound and outbound campaigns, experience in marketing IT, tech or telecoms is desirable.

You will be a leader and key team player with enthusiasm to deliver excellent internal and external communications with keen attention to detail.

Prior experience of managing and delivering against budgets is essential and you should have previous agency management experience too.

You will previously have worked with Google Analytics (and Hubspot) and be conversant in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
