Job Title: Contract Manager

Location: Leeds, Glasgow or Thatcham

Salary: £31,972 – £47,346 depending on skills and experience + car/cash allowance

Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours per week


Our Role

Working within the Energy Efficiency Commercial Operations team, you’ll be the main point of contact with partner organisations working with us to help deliver our ECO programme. You’ll manage numerous, multi-million pound external supply agreements, ensuring they deliver on time, whilst meeting scheme compliance minimum levels.

Key accountabilities will include;

- identifying delivery risks and making recommendations to mitigate

- monitoring contract performance against compliance requirements  

- continuous improvement of processes to support adding value and mitigating risks  

- challenging any area of under-performance by a supplier organisation


You’ll maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure that they consistently meet or exceed business expectations, including regular reports on supplier performance and forecasts.

Your Skills and Experience

You’ll have experience in contract delivery, ideally in an energy efficiency environment but this is not essential. Bringing an in-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, you’ll be skilled at maintaining contractual relationships, whilst adhering to strict compliance constraints. You’ll be technically minded, numerically confident, have a strong Microsoft Office knowledge and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Due to the frequent travel needed for this role, a full UK Driving Licence is essential.
